Terms of Service
• I retain rights to post your commission on my sites as promotional work when completed, to post work in progress pictures, to livestream the process, as well as to sell as prints, unless otherwise stated.• When commissioning me, you must have the full amount paid for me to add you to my queue!• I accept CashApp, Venmo, and Paypal* as payment methods. (*A 10% fee will be added to all PayPal transactions due to increased service fees)• You are allowed to upload your commission to any website of your choosing, just as long as I am properly credited! ( For example: on twitter, instagram, tiktok etc @lukabooga in your bio if you're using my art in your profile! Or a link to any of my sites / socials <3 )• If you intend to use the commission for commercial purposes (selling as merch, etc), please mention so before payment, and we can discuss a flat rate for licensing rights! (Royalties can be discussed for larger projects)• I will give you a time estimate on how long your commission will take to complete, and you will receive updates as I am working on it, if wanted. On average, turnaround is 3-4 weeks. One major revision after the initial sketch will be free of charge, as well as one color revision. Any additional revisions may be subject to a fee.•Short deadline? No problem! Let me know if you're in a rush -- if my schedule is allowing, I can accommodate most requests, but if i'm booked, I will ask for a 20% rush fee.•If you do not have any photo references, I can design your character from scratch for a separate rate, depending on your vision. Pinterest albums, etc are highly encouraged! Contact me to discuss!• Lastly, I do not offer refunds once the payment has been sent!• Thank you so much for reading and for supporting my work!
